SARIYEVA uses your name, company name and business email to manage access to this client area and respond to your business enquiries. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Confirmation and password-reset links expire and can only be used once.
Quotation enquiries also include the product, quantity, destination and any requirements you provide. These details are used to handle your request and are available to the authorised SARIYEVA team. Security records are used to limit abusive registration, sign-in attempts and enquiry submissions. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We also store optional country and phone details. For an accepted version of the cooperation terms, we retain the representative and company details, exact terms text and version, timestamp, connection IP and browser information. Email confirmation is recorded separately. These records are available to the account owner at SARIYEVA; designated product administrators do not have access to the customer register or its exports.
