General cooperation terms
Business access
These terms apply between SARIYEVA IP and the company identified in this registration. The person registering confirms that they are authorised to accept these terms for that company. The client area supports business enquiries and introductions. Registration does not create an obligation to buy, sell, order a minimum quantity or work exclusively with SARIYEVA.
Reasonable confidentiality
Both parties will use non-public quotations, documents and contact details shared in their business discussions only to evaluate and handle the relevant business opportunity. They will not disclose that information without permission, except to advisers and colleagues who need it for that purpose and are required to keep it confidential, or where disclosure is legally required. Information already lawfully known, independently obtained or publicly available is excluded.
Respect for introductions
For 12 months after a specific business introduction made in writing by SARIYEVA, the registering company will not deliberately bypass SARIYEVA in that same introduced opportunity for the purpose of avoiding remuneration separately agreed with SARIYEVA. This does not restrict existing relationships, independently sourced contacts or unrelated transactions. No commission, penalty or fee is created by registration; any remuneration must be separately agreed.
Quotations and orders
Prices shown in the client area are indicative and subject to their stated validity. Final price, availability, quantity, destination, payment and delivery terms are confirmed for each transaction in a separate agreement. These cooperation terms do not replace that transaction agreement.
Electronic acceptance
By actively selecting the agreement checkbox and submitting the registration, the named representative records acceptance of this version on behalf of the registering company. SARIYEVA retains the company and representative details, terms version and full text, timestamp and technical record of that acceptance. Business email confirmation is recorded separately. An acceptance record can be requested from SARIYEVA.
Account information and contact
Account details are used to manage business access and handle enquiries. Accepting these terms does not subscribe the company or its representative to marketing emails. For questions about these terms, account details or a specific introduction, contact info@sariyeva.com.
